We understand that you may wish to end your streaming journey with us. If you wish to delete your StreamIt account, please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Permanent Data Deletion: All your personal information directly associated with your StreamIt account will be permanently deleted from our active databases. This includes your name, email, payment information, viewing history, watchlists, preferences, and downloaded content data.
• Irreversible Action: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
• Loss of Access: You will lose all access to your StreamIt profile, subscriptions, watch history, saved content, and any other data linked to your account.
• No Future Streaming: You will no longer be able to stream content, manage subscriptions, or use any other personalized features of the StreamIt platform with that account. You would need to create a new account to use StreamIt again.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Through Your StreamIt Account (Recommended)

• Log in to your StreamIt account on the website or app.
• Go to "Profile," "Settings," or "Account Settings."
• Look for an option like "Privacy Settings," "Delete Account," or "Close Account."
• Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity and confirm your decision to delete the account. This method is the fastest and most secure.

2. Via Email Request (If in-account option is unavailable)

• If for any reason you cannot access the in-account deletion option, you can send an email to our support team.

• In the email body, please include:
• Your full name as registered on the account.

What Happens After Your Request?
